Stratasys F123 3D Printer Installation Follow-up

Stratasys F123 3D Printer Installation Follow-up

Calibration Reminder - Any time you change print heads out, the machine will run autocalibration prior to allowing you to print a part. While you can print as soon as auto calibration is complete, the best practice to maximize part quality and reduce head errors is to run manual calibration after auto calibration completes. Watch this video for instructions on how to run Manual Calibration.

Equipment Downtime

Keep in mind when your printer will not be in use for a significant length of time (3 weeks or more) you'll want to unload your printer and store the filament in an airtight container, like a weather seal bin, or the mylar ziploc bags that come with your printer.

For more information about how to prepare your equipment for downtime, please visit our webpage on the topic here: https://www.amtekcompany.com/how-to-prepare-your-equipment-for-downtime/
