SolidWorks Customer Portal Account Shows Locks
Sometimes when you log into your SolidWorks customer portal account, you'll see locks next to many of the links. As long as your product is still under subscription, the links should not be locked. Many times this issue can be resolved by reregistering the serial number to your account.
To do this, first click the register my products link under My Support:
On the next screen, enter your serial number and follow the remaining prompts to register the serial number to your account:
In many cases this solves the problem. If it does not, your serial number is not under subscription or it is possible we need to open a service request with SolidWorks to get them to fix a database issue to resolve it.
