System pausing from a warning on the system stating “material not at the head"
- The real issue is material spin out from many reasons. Four things to
check and do for this issue.
- Model
spin out warning, just search “test#” in Nopepad ++ see data below (must unload and reload to fix)
- Calibrations not performed in correct order see imaged
below (Auto
calibration run first, then Manual calibration. The Manual
Calibration must be run after each Auto Calibration. The Manual
calibration should be no higher than 2 on all sides X1/X2/Y1/Y2 , rerun
Manual calibration unlit it’s at 2 or lower)
Auto cal done first
Manual Calibration done second
- Verify no pull force reasons (replace upper Y block
if old and cut 2” off the tube going into bay if bent from metal clip) see
below.
- Blue
elbow popping off head during loading/unload/auto change over and
building. Just install printed bracket (This is
only a work around until the head molding gets changed to prevent this
issue)
How to install on head
I have provided a power point about this and other issues.
When you report a “pausing” problem please make sure these Four things get
done.
- Unload
and reload material having the issue.
- Run
Auto calibration then Manual calibration until in specification.
- Verify
upper Y block replaced and bay tubing not getting bent
- Bracket
installed on head prevent tube from popping off during loading/unloading
and building.
