Force Unload Process For F123 3D Printer
In some cases, you may be directed by our technicians to perform a 'force unload' procedure in your material bays of your F Series 3D printer. This process resets some values in the firmware that may be causing printing problems.
1. Tap the material button from the left side menu
2. Tap on the material bay:
3. Unload the material in this bay and remove it from the screen.
4. Now, from the same material screen, press Maintenance
5. Press Force Unload 4 times in a row. Note that you will likely see an indication that the button was pressed, nothing else will obviously happen. Just wait a few seconds in between presses and do this 4 times in a row.
6. Repeat this process for the other bays in the machine. Then reload the material and try a print.
