Exporting the Configuration File for a Mojo 3D Printer

To obtain the printer's configuration file from your Mojo printer, follow these steps:

1. Open the Mojo Control Panel. This will typically be found in the Windows System Tray, which is the area in the lower right corner of your Windows desktop where the clock and icons are. The Mojo Control Panel icon looks like a small red M icon.
2. With the Mojo Control Panel open, click the button in the top left corner that looks like a picture of the Mojo 3D Printer:

3. Select "Export Printer File..." from the menu, save the file to your computer, then send the file to us.


Please note: the printer must be turned on an connected to the computer via USB cable for this to work.
